Everyday women talk about depression in”Blue Like You”

Hello lovely ladies – finally…. the Blue Like You ebook is finished!!

I’m soooo excited  ;)

Blue Like You is a collaborative Ebook project that documents real faces and stories of depression – acknowledging the experience for what it really is: not statistics or diagnoses but the lives of everyday women just like you and me!

My story is featured alongside 9 other incredibly brave and inspirational women.

It s our hope that by sharing our experiences of living with and managing depression that it will help other women acknowledge depression in their lives and feel inspired to take action in their own lives.

We also hope that it may be used as a tool for people with a friend or family member affected by depression. Sometimes it is hard for people to articulate their experience, so we hope that by sharing ours, you can gain an insight and understanding into their experience.

This Ebook is completely FREE for download in PDF format and does not require you to sign away your life or enter confidential details (although we do warmly invite you to sign up online at the Project Blue website to become a community member and receive new resources as they are released.)

Depression is something to be shared, not something to be ashamed of

Please download and share with those that you love xoxo

We welcome all feedback and comments to project.bluelikeyou@gmail.com

Love, light & laughter,
